​Wellness & Yoga are for 
Every. Body.

​With warmth and humor, I create and lead classes and workshops that inspire authenticity, promote self-advocacy, and aid with stress and anxiety reduction. Students are encouraged to look inward, focus on the present moment, and find flow.

​

Wellness workshops and yoga classes should be affordable and available to all, not limited to those with retreat or studio access.

I design, lead, and facilitate empowering, interactive, transformative workshops. Well-being is promoted via self-reflection, discussion, positive habit formation, mindfulness activities, and the sharing of additional stress-reduction and relaxation techniques. I inspire participants to embody and embrace their authenticity as a tool for self-advocacy and personal sustainability.

I design and teach community-accessible, personal wellness-themed yoga. Classes are structured as moving meditations, aligning postures with breath. Pose variations are shared and students are encouraged to do what is best for their own bodies, as yoga poses are definitely not "one-size-fits-all."

 

I am passionate about designing classes that are welcoming to beginners and those who do not feel that they “look” or “move” like the stereotypes perpetuated by the media.
